Jan 29 – Feb 02, 2024

The S&P500 gained 51 points last week. I was expecting a higher market. However, the daily forecast was also reasonably correct.

Here is the expected breakdown for the week of  January 29, 2024, to February 02, 2024.

The compressed Vimshottri dasha planet for Jan 28 – 29 is Mars. Mars rules the 9th house and occupies the 6th house in the sign Capricorn, which is the sign of its exaltation. It makes a trine aspect with Jupiter and conjuncts with Mercury. It may therefore produce positive results to cause the market to trade slightly higher

The compressed Vimshottri dasha planet for Jan 30 – Feb 02 is Rahu, the north node of the Moon. Rahu occupies the 9th house in the sign Aries. It makes a trine aspect with Venus in Sagittarius. It may therefore produce positive results to cause the market to trade higher

The compressed Vimshottri dasha planet for Feb 03 – Feb 07 is the Jupiter. Jupiter rules the 5th house and occupies the 10th house in the sign Taurus. It makes a trine aspect with Mars and a sextile aspect with Jupiter. It may therefore produce positive results to cause the market to go higher

Transits during this week:  Jupiter and Uranus continue to transit through Taurus during this week. Uranus is not retrograde anymore. No planet is retrograde now. Rahu is transiting in Aries and Ketu in Libra. Sun moves into Aquarius. Mercury, Mars, and Venus are transiting through Capricorn. Saturn and Neptune are moving in the sign Pisces. The moon moves in Virgo, Libra, and Scorpio. The Moon moves through the 4th Tithi of the dark half to the 8th Tithi of the dark half. The moon gives mixed results in these Tithis and these signs. During the week, Jupiter aspects Moon and Venus. Combining the transit and CVD techniques, the following is my estimate of the daily behavior of the stock market.

Monday: Slightly Higher;   Tuesday: Slightly lower;   Wednesday: Slightly lower;   Thursday: Flat;   Friday: Slightly higher

Overall, the S&P500 may remain Flat or go Slightly Lower during this week.
