The S&P500 gained 22 points last week. I was also expecting a lower market. Friday’s rally was much more strong than I expected. However, my daily forecast was approximately correct on all days except Tuesday.
Here is the expected breakdown for the week of October 09, 2023, to October 13, 2023.
The compressed Vimshottri dasha planet for Oct 7 – Oct 09 is the Moon. Moon rules the 10th house and occupies the 2nd house in the sign Scorpio. Its longitude is 29 degrees. It is, therefore utterly weak. It gets a square aspect of retrograde Saturn. It may therefore produce bad results to cause the market to go lower.
Mars is the compressed Dasha planet for the period of Oct 10 in this monthly chart. Mars rules the 7th house and occupies the 1st house in the sign Libra. It makes a sextile aspect with Venus. It is conjunct Ketu. The indexes may go lower on this day.
Rahu is the next compressed Dasha planet for the period of Oct 11 – Oct 15 in this monthly chart. Rahu occupies the 7th house in the sign Aries. It makes a no close aspect with any planet. Rahu gives good results in the 7th house as it gains the strength of direction. The indexes may go higher on these days.
Transits during this week: Retrograde Jupiter and Retrograde Uranus continue to transit through Taurus during this week. Rahu is transiting in Aries and Ketu in Libra. Mars is now crossed over Ketu. The negative effect of the conjunction of Ketu and Mars is now less bad for the market. Sun has moved into its sign of fall, Libra. Venus and Sun exchange signs. Mercury moves into Libra. Saturn and Neptune are also retrograde in the sign Pisces. The moon moves in Leo, Virgo, and Libra. The Moon moves through the 11th Tithi of the dark half to the 14th Tithi of the dark half. The moon gives good results in this combination of signs and Tithis. Combining the transit and CVD techniques, the following is my estimate of the daily behavior of the stock market.
Monday: Lower; Tuesday: Slightly lower; Wednesday: Slightly higher; Thursday: Slightly higher; Friday: Slightly higher.

Thanks for your encouraging remarks. Having a science background helps, as I continuously back test my rules. I also agree following two many ideas makes things more difficult. I hope we all recovers our losses soon.
