The S&P500 gained 36 points last week. I was also expecting a higher market. Even the daily forecast worked out well.

Here is the expected breakdown for the week of  September 30, 2024, to October 04, 2024. 

The compressed Vimshottri dasha planet for  Sept 29 – Sept 30 is the Moon. Moon rules the seventh house and occupies the fourth house in the sign Aries.  It makes an opposition aspect with Venus. Both the planets are benefic planets. As a result, the market may go higher during this period.

The compressed Vimshottri dasha planet for  Octo 01 is Mars, which rules the fifth house and occupies the seventh house. It makes a square aspect with Rahu and Ketu. Mars is fallen as it occupies the sign of Cancer. Consequently, the market may go lower on this day.

The compressed Vimshottri dasha planet for  Oct 02 – Oct 07 is the Rahu. Rahu occupies the fourth house in the sign Aries.  It makes a square aspect with Mars. Rahu is a volatile planet. As a result, the market may go sideways during this period.

Transits during this week:  Jupiter is advancing in the sign Gemini, while Uranus continues to transit through Taurus this week, although it has turned retrograde now. Rahu is transiting in Aries and Ketu in Libra. The Sun advances in Libra, whereas Venus has now moved into Scorpio. Mercury has turned direct and has joined the Sun in the sign Libra. Saturn and Neptune are well established in Pisces. However, both have turned retrograde now. Retrograde Saturn is not a welcome feature. Mars remains in Cancer, the sign of its fall. It is now also making trine aspects with Venus and Saturn. This grand trine between Venus, Mars, and Saturn can benefit the stock market.

 Combining the transit and CVD techniques, I have estimated the stock market’s daily behavior to be the following. 

Monday: Slightly lower; Tuesday: Higher;   Wednesday: Slightly higher;   Thursday: Higher;   Friday: Higher. 

Overall, the S&P500 may go Higher this week.
