Aug 31 – Sep 04, 2020

A few weeks ago, I changed the format of this page. Instead of giving daily predictions, I am now writing about the shorter periods of the week. The basis is the compressed-vimshottri-dasha (CVD) planet in the monthly Solar return chart (mSRC).

My prediction last week was correct as SP500 gained nearly 100 points, as I was expecting a higher market.

Here is the expected breakdown of the week of  August 31, 2020 – September 04, 2020.

The CVD planet for the period August 30 – September 03 is Rahu. Rahu is placed in the 6th house with no aspect from any benefic or malefic planet. This is not a good configuration and could result in a lower market.

The CVD planet for the period September 04 -September 08 is Jupiter. Jupiter rules the 12th house and is situated in the 1st house in the sign Capricorn. Jupiter gets the influence of  Venus in the 7th house. This setup is good for the market and can result in higher values for the indexes.

Overall this week the S&P 500 may go LOWER, because the market may be down 4 days and up only 1 day.

The week after that may start with a higher day on September 08, 2020.

Note: This forecast is strictly based on astrological considerations. This is only for academic interest and not intended for trading.

  1. Dear Dr Raj

Do you see a correction coming in Nvidia’s stock before August or you expect to see an upward trajectory until then ? It is already close to a 2 trillion dollar company.

    Regards, Sanjay

When I look at its astrology chart, I find the challenging period only after August of 2025. It may not behave as SMCI, but I would not dare to short it.

  2. Dear Raj,

DigitalBridge group came into my attention recently. Symbol is DBRG.
Considered as alternate asset manager similar to that of Blackstone and TPG, although much smaller.
Could you kindly check if it has a good chart and potential timeline. Appreciate your astrological insights.

    Thank you very much.

The astrology chart shows challenges all along. BX’s chart is not good either. I am sure you can find better stocks for long term.
      Good luck

  3. Hi Raj
Any light on Carvana CVNA, IPO date of April 28, 2017. The stock has been on a roller coaster ride in last 4 years. Is it worth to hold long term and short term?

CVNA has been a difficult stock all along. The astrology period that starts in 2026 may be a good period. If you can wait that long, you may not be disappointed.

  4. Raj, what do you think of TSLA and FSR? The EV market is going through a big slowdown. Both are down significantly since I longed and FSR got a delisting notice, do you think they will perform good in the long run?

And many thanks for commenting for every post while you can, your efforts are very much appreciated!

FSR got a delisting notice. Why thne bother with such a company, when you have a choice of thousands of other good investments. Its astrology chart is also weak. TSLA, on the other hand, has vry good chances of coming back. Ths astrology dasha suggests that 2025 may be a very good year for TSLA.
      Good luck

Thanks for your comments. After years of trying various dashas of the Vedic astrology, I found out that a 60-year cycle of shashti-hayini dasha works best with the IPO date charts.
HOLO is a chinese company. Yahoo gives its IPO date as 8/6/2021. The astrology chart looks good, but its price chart is very weird. I will stay away from such stocks.
      Good luck
