Aug 31 – Sep 04, 2020

A few weeks ago, I changed the format of this page. Instead of giving daily predictions, I am now writing about the shorter periods of the week. The basis is the compressed-vimshottri-dasha (CVD) planet in the monthly Solar return chart (mSRC).

My prediction last week was correct as SP500 gained nearly 100 points, as I was expecting a higher market.

Here is the expected breakdown of the week of  August 31, 2020 – September 04, 2020.

The CVD planet for the period August 30 – September 03 is Rahu. Rahu is placed in the 6th house with no aspect from any benefic or malefic planet. This is not a good configuration and could result in a lower market.

The CVD planet for the period September 04 -September 08 is Jupiter. Jupiter rules the 12th house and is situated in the 1st house in the sign Capricorn. Jupiter gets the influence of  Venus in the 7th house. This setup is good for the market and can result in higher values for the indexes.

Overall this week the S&P 500 may go LOWER, because the market may be down 4 days and up only 1 day.

The week after that may start with a higher day on September 08, 2020.

Note: This forecast is strictly based on astrological considerations. This is only for academic interest and not intended for trading.

  1. Hello Raj,

Can you please provide your Astro analysis for Micron, Corning and Iren.

PENG is enjoying the company of memory and chip stocks these days. Its chart is very good, and the running dasha is also remarkable. However, I cannot suggest buyng because it has gone 3x in a month. You may to wait for a pullback.
      Good luck

  3. Hello raj sir,

BWXT began trading as an independent company after the Babcock & Wilcox spin-off. My reading about the spin-offs is not very reliable. Howevevr, using the date 7/1/2015 as the spin-off date, I can say that this company has a great future, as it has Jupiter and Venus in the ascendant, and Jupiter period comes soon.
MDT is an Irish company. It has good earnings, but the stock is not doing good, because evevrybody wants memory stocks. Its chart and dashas are also good. You may want to hold on to it if you have it in your portfolio.
      Good luck

  4. Hi Raj,

We continue seeing the memory companies (Sandisk, micron, etc.) and AI silicon companies (NVDA, AMD, Broadcom, INTC, etc.) climbing and multiplying their value.
Do you see this trend continuing in the next months? What about the long term?

    Thanks,
    Jeff

The astrological periods and sub-periods of these companies suggest that we may be near the top. I am unloading my shares of AMD and MU slowly and I am completely out of SOXL.
But other investors may use stop loss behind such exceptional moves.

  5. How much do you charge for analysis of a certain stock for a 10-year period (2027-2036) daily, weekly, monthly, annually?

For the ten year duration, I have to analyze 3650 daily charts, 520 weekly charts, 120 monthly and 10 yearly charts. How much should I charge, you tell me.
Maybe I did not understand youe question.

  7. Hi Raj,

So from your calculation, you think late May could have a small drop but June and July are strong?

    thank you

I think markets may consolidate in the second hals of May, then we can have good days again in June and July. But I am a little scared beyond July.

  8. Dear Dr Raj

Many astrologers are predicting doom and gloom for next 5-6 years like world war 3 , change in world order, de-dollarization ? Do you see any year until 2030 where in one may see a market crash of the order of 20-50 percent that does not recover quickly ? If so what year that is per your calculations ?

The problem is that it is only FEAR that sells. That is why all astrologers, elliot wave technitions, cycle theorists, etc search for troubles. In the process, they overlook positive setups. In the beginning of this year, there were astrologers who were predicting 1929 like crash in 2026. But they failed to see the strength four planets in the first half of the year. However, I do see some trouble in the second half. I have not studied the planetary setups of 2027 or beyond yet.
      Good luck

  9. Dear Raj ji,

Could you kindly look at $POET ? This came on my radar recently. It looks like $MRVL is partnering with them and has a big order.

    Thanks

    • Prasad:
POET is a Canadian company which IPO’d in 1984, and its chart is simlar to MU. It is also a cyclical company like MU. Its Jupiter period started in 2026, but Jupiter is weak. So one can invest in this company as long as going gets good. One should be ready to leave as soon as there develops a small problem.
      Good luck
