The S&P500 lost 14 points last week. I was also expecting a higher market. However, the daily forecast was ok except for Friday.
Here is the expected breakdown for the week of March 11, 2024, to March 15, 2024.
The compressed Vimshottri dasha planet for March 10 – March 11 is Ketu. Ketu occupies the 8th house in the sign Libra. Ketu is a naturally malefic planet. When it occupies an inauspicious house it becomes more malefic. It makes a trine aspect with Mercury in the 12th house. It may therefore produce negative results to cause the market to go slightly lower.
The compressed Vimshottri dasha planet for March 12 – March 15 is Venus. Venus rules the 8th house and occupies the 11th house in the sign Capricorn. It is weak as it is on the edge of the sign. However, it conjuncts Mars and makes a trine aspect with the Moon. It may, therefore, produce only a slightly higher market.
Transits during this week: Jupiter and Uranus continue to transit through Taurus during this week. No planet is retrograde now which is a positive feature. Rahu is transiting in Aries and Ketu in Libra. Venus is advancing in Pisces and it exchanges signs with Jupiter. This setup, in my view, is auspicious. Mercury advances to Aries. Sun, Saturn, and Neptune are well established in Pisces. The Sun combusts Neptune. The moon moves in Aries, Taurus, and Gemini. The Moon moves through the 2nd Tithi of the bright half to the 6th Tithi of the bright half. The moon gives negative results in these Tithis. During the week, the Moon makes a conjunction aspect with Jupiter, and a square aspect with Venus, and Mars. Combining the transit and CVD techniques, the following is my estimate of the daily behavior of the stock market.
Monday: Slightly lower; Tuesday: Slightly lower; Wednesday: Slightly higher; Thursday: Slightly higher; Friday: Slightly higher.
