Aug 31 – Sep 04, 2020

A few weeks ago, I changed the format of this page. Instead of giving daily predictions, I am now writing about the shorter periods of the week. The basis is the compressed-vimshottri-dasha (CVD) planet in the monthly Solar return chart (mSRC).

My prediction last week was correct as SP500 gained nearly 100 points, as I was expecting a higher market.

Here is the expected breakdown of the week of  August 31, 2020 – September 04, 2020.

The CVD planet for the period August 30 – September 03 is Rahu. Rahu is placed in the 6th house with no aspect from any benefic or malefic planet. This is not a good configuration and could result in a lower market.

The CVD planet for the period September 04 -September 08 is Jupiter. Jupiter rules the 12th house and is situated in the 1st house in the sign Capricorn. Jupiter gets the influence of  Venus in the 7th house. This setup is good for the market and can result in higher values for the indexes.

Overall this week the S&P 500 may go LOWER, because the market may be down 4 days and up only 1 day.

The week after that may start with a higher day on September 08, 2020.

Note: This forecast is strictly based on astrological considerations. This is only for academic interest and not intended for trading.

  1. Hello Mr. Raj,

Wanted to see if you could check BCYC and RDDT as well?

Also, for new year do you think AVGO should have been on the list as well?

    Thank you

AVGO should have made my 10 for 2026. I don’t know how I missed it. It will change my list before the new year starts.
RDDT may also give you better results than the SPY.
I don’t have IPO date for BCYC.
      Good luck

For long term? NFLX is a better choice. DUOL may face challenges occasionally. But NFLX, one can buy and hold long term as its Jupiter dasha is starting in 2027. So one may use 2026 to accumulate it slowly or whenever it goes down.
      Good luck

  2. Hi Raj,

Now that 2025 is over, how would you assess your subscription service? Did it perform how you expected? Did it beat the volatility this year?

Are you going to change anything for 2026 or do you think the current formula works?

thank you (i’m already a paid subscriber!)

Although I have not the exact number, but I presume my subscribers have handily beat the S&P 500, just by avoiding all the falling sectors like Bitcoin and participating in GDX, QQQ etc, all along. I have now requested a subscriber to have one account where he would employ all my suggestions so that he can come up with an exact performance numbers. I will then be able to answer your question precisely.

Thank you for your comments and I appreciate them.
As you mentioned I can look at a limited number of stocks. This year I looked at 200 stocks including QCOM and ORCL. Both are very high on my list. From my astrology perspective they should better than the market.
      Good luck

  4. Hello Raj,

How do you see the USD, Bitcoin, Gold and Silver value in 2026?
Will the USD continue its devaluation while others continue to rise?

    Thanks,
    Dave

I have not done any study about the US dollar. However, I have done an extensive study of S&P500, gold and Bitcoin for 2026. This study is based on the monthly solar return charts. I hve posted the study for S&P 500 on the front page of this webaite. However, I have not the same for gold and Bitcoin, because I am not too confident about my analysis. I am sending the charts for your perusal through a separate email.
If anybody else wants these charts, they can contact me on rkctech@yahoo.com.
      Thanks

BITF and other similar stocks move with the price of Bitcoin. But is going through a good dasha period in 2026. So it may give good results if Bitcoin goes up.
      Good luck

THe dasha period for ORCL is good for 2026. I think one can buy a little at this time. If it falls further you may buy more. But one should not overlad with this.
      Good luck

  5. Hi Raj,

I have a question on MSFT stock. The stock suffered significant losses in the past several weeks.
How do you see it in the next several months? Do you see it continue significantly declining? Will it gain the losses back in the near term?

    Thanks,
    Ben

MSFT and other Big-tech companies have gone too far. I think MSFT will trade in a range, sometihing like 540-460, for sometime to come now.
You can trade around it to recover losses if you have.
