Aug 31 – Sep 04, 2020

A few weeks ago, I changed the format of this page. Instead of giving daily predictions, I am now writing about the shorter periods of the week. The basis is the compressed-vimshottri-dasha (CVD) planet in the monthly Solar return chart (mSRC).

My prediction last week was correct as SP500 gained nearly 100 points, as I was expecting a higher market.

Here is the expected breakdown of the week of  August 31, 2020 – September 04, 2020.

The CVD planet for the period August 30 – September 03 is Rahu. Rahu is placed in the 6th house with no aspect from any benefic or malefic planet. This is not a good configuration and could result in a lower market.

The CVD planet for the period September 04 -September 08 is Jupiter. Jupiter rules the 12th house and is situated in the 1st house in the sign Capricorn. Jupiter gets the influence of  Venus in the 7th house. This setup is good for the market and can result in higher values for the indexes.

Overall this week the S&P 500 may go LOWER, because the market may be down 4 days and up only 1 day.

The week after that may start with a higher day on September 08, 2020.

Note: This forecast is strictly based on astrological considerations. This is only for academic interest and not intended for trading.

  1. Gievn current geopolitical situation and risk of the world plunging into a world war, how do you see upcoming 2 years 2027 and 2028 for stocks ? Do you think S&P 500 will grow or at least hold its current value ? Any sectors you think will do well in upcoming 2 years.

I don’t think S&P 500 is going to make parabolic move from here. I think we can end 2026 at the similar spot from where we started. 2027 may be a down year to recover in 2028.

  2. Hi Sir,
We discussed about Super Micro Computer, Inc. (SMCI) around two months ago, and at that time we expected the stock price to rise. Although the company reported better-than-expected earnings, the stock did not move much, likely due to low profit margins. Fortunately, it also did not experience a significant drop and has remained mostly range-bound.

Recently, NVIDIA Corporation has also shown some downward movement, and SMCI continues to trade within a lower range.

Could you please review the potential outlook for both SMCI and NVIDIA over the next 3–6 months and share your thoughts on their possible performance ?

    Kind Regards
    Sandeep

Strictly from astrology point of view, it is better if you stick with NVDA, whether for 3-6 months or long-term. It will take SMCI some time to convince investors to believe in its prospects.

  3. Hi Raj,

Do you think $BITF has a good chart for March-June? I’m thinking if bitcoin makes a short term recovery this could be lifted as well. At $2 it could be a good short-term investment.

    hope you’re doing great

I think Bitcoin can make a quick recovery in March-April to drop again in May-June. BITF can be used to follow its trajectory.

  4. Dear Raj,

I see that EOSE went public via SPAC. I know from your past comments that you are generally hesitant to predict on companies that went public using SPAC. Was this an exception or overlooked ? Based on your back testing, did it behave according to the chart in the last 5, 6 years ? (I think it went public in 2020). Just wondering because the earnings were excellent, but the guidance was not great. They seem to be learning their lesson and providing conservative guidance going forward. Appreciate your insight. Thank you.

I think I got confused EOSE with EOS. I had initially included EOS in my ten for 2026. It was perhaps you who asled me to correct the symbol.
Most of the stocks included in 10 for 2026 are doing bad. I will perhaps revise my list at the end of the first quarter.

  5. Raj,

$EOSE dropped from averaging around $14 to $5 last week because of bad earnings. Do you think this stock has potential this quarter or next quarter?

    thank you

It looks like my selection for 2026 is going to be a disaster. I will perhaps reexamine my techniques, and revise my list at the end of first quarter.
Sorry, if it has caused any problems. You are always advised to use technical analysis with my astrological inputs.

  6. Raj,

Can you look at $TMQ — IPO: April 25, 2012

If copper/minerals pump, could this pump as well? At $3 it’s a great opportunity and it went to $10 a few times in the last few months.

    thank you

    • It fluctuates with the price of copper and the mood of the market with metals. If it fluctuates within $3 and $10, I would suggest you trade around it, instead of buying and holding.
      Good luck

The major period is that of Jupiter. Jupiter is very srong but it makes square aspects with Moon, Mars, Saturn, and Neptune. That clearly shows the challenges the company faces. I have sold most of my shares, just kept a few to remind me the necessity of using technical analysis with astrology.

I checked the astrology charts of NOW, CRM, and ADBE. Unfortunately, none of them show signs of immediate recovery. It can take a year or two before they stabilize and go higher.
